"A NEW LIFE"

You started out in this life as most of us do,

With your parents, your brothers, your sisters and friends;

God gave you the blessing of two wonderful boys

Who came to you bringing you such love and joy!

 

We all offered help to you every day,

But now help has come in a most special way.

 

God has given you someone to help you along,

To lighten you burdens, he’ll do you no wrong,

He’ll comfort you, keep you; protect you from harm

You’ll cherish each other in all of life’s storms.

 

The angels in heaven have guided you here

And as you now enter marriage they’re guiding you still.

 

The road may get bumpy and sometimes you’ll fall,

But hold on to this friend who has now chosen you

And life’s road will get smoother,

As he stands there with you!
